The judging process forms a crucial part of the Belfast Business Awards programme. Those of you that have followed the awards programme over the years will recognise that we are always reviewing the processes in line with business demands and now even more poignant within the current economic climate. With this in mind not only have we introduced six new categories but we have refreshed the entry process to assist entrants with the format and structure of their entries and make the process of entering more efficient for businesses.
The complete judging process will be managed independently and in conjunction with a specifically selected panel of judges. Answering the specific questions per category will ensure an efficient, streamlined and balanced judging process that makes straight forward business sense to enter!
Further information may be sought by the judges in selected circumstances.
The Judging Panel decision is final and is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. In any instance where there may be deemed a conflict of interest the Chair of the Judging Panel will declare an official "exclusion" for any specific judge.
When the judging process is complete finalist will be notified by letter/email from week commencing 15 March 2010. Winners will be announced at Belfast City Hall on 29 April 2010.
