Entries are available in 19 categories. Organisations may enter as many of the award categories as they wish. 

Entries are open to all companies, organisations, public sector providers and not for profit organisations with the following restrictions: entries must be from businesses that are located in Belfast City Council area.

The  application for the paper based categories may be made via email or post and should consist of 4 sides of A4 paper and not to exceed 2000 words. For hard copy posted applications, 4 x copies are required.

Business activity within the last 3 years means from January 2007 - Januray 2010.  Business activity within the last 5 years means from January 2005 - Januray 2010.

Additional supporting items such as brochures, CD ROMS, etc will only be considered as additional information to the required entry material and supporting items cannot be returned. For Mystery Shopping Awards complete the application form only either online or by post. All entries must be made using the official entry form or its online counterpart.

Belfast City Centre Management or the award organisers will accept no responsibility for non-delivery of entries or associated materials. Entries will not be returned.

The Belfast City Centre Management Committee reserves the rights to publicise winning entrants.

Shortlisted organisations may be asked to prove claims made in their entries.Shortlisted organisations may be contacted by the judging panel for further information concerning their entry.
