Open to all organisations who, in the past three years, have been involved in the development of a regeneration project which has significantly improved and revitalised an area in the Belfast City Council area.

Category Questions
1. Please provide an outline of the profile of your organisation. This can include its history, operations, staff numbers, range of products and services and locations. Please add any other information you feel is appropriate.
2. Please give detail on the project you are nominating for this award. You should outline :–
a. How the project made a positive contribution to the economic life of the city;
b. How the project displays excellence in design, innovation or leadership;
c. How the project involved the local community and/or city stakeholders;
3. Finally, please outline how this project has contributed to sustainable regeneration in the city.

The application for the paper based categories may be made via email or post and should consist of 4 sides of A4 paper and not to exceed 2000 words. For hard copy posted applications, 4 x copies are required.
Business activity within the last 3 years means from January 2007 - Januray 2010. Business activity within the last 5 years means from January 2005 - Januray 2010.
Additional supporting items such as brochures, CD ROMS, etc will only be considered as additional information to the required entry material and supporting items cannot be returned.
