Category Questions
1. Please provide an outline of the profile of your organisation. This can include its history, operations, staff numbers, range of products and services and locations. Please add any other information you feel is appropriate.
2. Please identify two of your products and/or services which, in your opinion, give your company competitive advantage.
3. Please outline the process by which these products/services were developed. This may include market research and internal or external product development.
4. Outline how your company has responded to the current economic challenges. You may wish to include detail of how you have strengthened your position in existing markets and/or developed new markets.

The application for the paper based categories may be made via email or post and should consist of 4 sides of A4 paper and not to exceed 2000 words. For hard copy posted applications, 4 x copies are required.
Business activity within the last 3 years means from January 2007 - Januray 2010. Business activity within the last 5 years means from January 2005 - Januray 2010.
Additional supporting items such as brochures, CD ROMS, etc will only be considered as additional information to the required entry material and supporting items cannot be returned.
