Category Questions
1. Please provide an outline of the profile of your organisation. This can include its history, operations, staff numbers, range of products and services and locations. Please add any other information you feel is appropriate.
2. By ‘business expansion’ we mean expansion in an existing business which has taken place during the last year or three years (from January 2007). Please outline which part of your business has epxanded during this period.
3. With expansion there are multiple challenges, moreso in the current climate. Please outline the drivers behind your business expansion. Please also outline two challenges you experienced during this phase.
4. Please give detail of your expected level of growth over the next five years, including detail on product diversification and growth in revenue, operational income and employment.

The application for the paper based categories may be made via email or post and should consist of 4 sides of A4 paper and not to exceed 2000 words. For hard copy posted applications, 4 x copies are required.
Business activity within the last 3 years means from January 2007 - January 2010. Business activity within the last 5 years means from January 2005 - January 2010.
Additional supporting items such as brochures, CD ROMS, etc will only be considered as additional information to the required entry material and supporting items cannot be returned.
