Category Questions

 

  1. Please provide an outline of the profile of your organisation. This can include its history, operations, staff numbers, range of products and services and locations. Please add any other information you feel is appropriate.

 

 

  1. By ‘new business’ we mean an enterprise founded within the last three years (from January 2007). Please describe one or two of your main products and/or services including details of target markets.

 

 

  1. With any new business there are multiple challenges, moreso in the current climate. Please outline two challenges you have faced in developing your new business and how you have responded to these challenges.

 

 

  1. Please give detail of your expected level of growth over the next five years, including detail on product diversification and growth in revenue, operational income.

Entries are available in 19 categories. Organisations may enter as many of the award categories as they wish. 

Entries are open to all companies, organisations, public sector providers and not for profit organisations with the following restrictions: entries must be from businesses that are located in Belfast City Council area.

The application for the paper based categories may be made via email or post and should consist of 4 sides of A4 paper and not to exceed 2000 words. For hard copy posted applications, 4 x copies are required.

Business activity within the last 3 years means from January 2007 - January 2010.  Business activity within the last 5 years means from January 2005 - January 2010.

Additional supporting items such as brochures, CD ROMS, etc will only be considered as additional information to the required entry material and supporting items cannot be returned. For Mystery Shopping Awards complete the application form only either online or by post. All entries must be made using the official entry form or its online counterpart.
