welcome to the Belfast Awards 2010

Belfast City Council is delighted to announce that the Belfast Business Awards 2010 are now open for entries!

EVENT SOLD OUT

The 2010 awards, hosted by the council in partnership with Belfast City Centre Management, give businesses a unique opportunity to gain recognition for the excellent contribution they make towards the overall development of our city. The awards are all about celebrating success and in a period of economic downturn, it’s important to take time out to reward and recognise the hard work and dedication of our local companies.

Simply getting through to the final of these awards will raise an organisation's profile amongst its peers, but just as important is the huge boost it gives to internal morale. To win will be a mark of quality that will bring real prestige and potentially a boost to the bottom line.

The newly refurbished City Hall will be the venue for the coveted ceremony on Thursday 29 April, 2010 and host for the evening will be Belfast-born, Nicky Kinnaird, Founder and Creative Director of the UK’s most luxurious beauty chain, Space NK. At this prestigious event 19 awards will be presented in recognition of the fine work of business enterprises, retail outlets and businessmen and women across the city.

I would encourage businesses from all sectors across Belfast to enter these awards and to step forward to gain recognition for your efforts in taking forward the economic development of the city.
